Cons:
Life @ Sukhumvit 67 was completed in 2009 and as a result numerous landlords still have the original furniture pack and built-in furnishings of the developer. This means that units can sometimes feel standard and a little old-fashioned. This is a draw-back for potential tenant/buyers who are after more stylish/sleek interiors.
