Pros:

Tree Condo Ekamai offers a serene, quiet and relaxing lifestyle experience as the condo only offers a total of 119 Units. This sense of exclusivity and privacy is also complemented by the fact that rental/sales prices in relation to general size of Units offered, are very attractive.

Units are functionally designed with plenty of built-in storage space on top of this individual condos (1 and 2 Beds) offer large balconies. Finally the Condo is located in a trendy/popular neighborhood with plenty of leisure options and is within comfortable walking distance from the BTS station.

Cons:

While 1+1 and 2 Bed Unit types tend to benefit from spacious and cozy layouts, 1 Bed Units tend to offer “sliding door/wall” partitions. This does tend to bother some tenants/buyers who view these units as just “large studios” due to the absence of proper partitions. Finally one side of the Condo building (Facing “The Room Sukhumvit 42” Condo) does tend to offer less natural light which can be an issue for some.
