The newly completed 9 Billion Baht Project, consists of different elements notably Triple Y Hotel, Triple Y Residence, Mitrtown Office Tower and Samyan Mitrtown Mall. The developer’s objective is to establish the complex as a business and community hub for the bustling Chula-Samyan neighborhood.

Samyan Mitrtown Mall the retail and leisure zone, will offer several unique attractions. This will include Muji’s biggest Thailand store and several other big name retailers, such as Homepro, Miniso and Uniqlo. To establish a trendy and hip appeal, the developer has also convinced the iconic “House RCA” the art-house cinema to relocate to the complex.

Visitors to the mall can indulge in a huge selection of restaurants and eateries with several international food options. This includes To Kio Jo Korean fried chicken, Mei Wei Wan a Taiwanese noodle shop and even American fast food chain Taco Bell.
