Up-and-coming “On Nut”

The Managing Director of Fresh Property Pierre Leung, is now a regular contributor in the “Asian Property Review’s” Thailand worldview features. In this Issue, the Sales Manager explored On Nut’s growing popularity and the opportunity this neighborhood is offering investors. The area was once underrated, however in recent years its proximity (Due to the BTS), to areas of work and entertainment (I.e. Asoke and Thong Lo) have attracted a large crowd of buyers and renters looking for more affordable prices. This has made On Nut a dense and widely-popular residential area for middle-class Thai, which is fueling positive momentum for On Nut.
