The Next Garden Suite offers spacious and cozy individual condos; this is especially the case, for its 1 Bed Unit Types (52 Sqm.) that offer a large balcony and even a walk-in closet. Generally the building and its units are comfortable and pleasant, offering a quieter living environment compared to denser high-rise residential buildings. Finally the condominium is great-value on both the sales/rental side and thus is a great option for people on restricted budgets.
Cons:
The Project was completed in 2009, thus the common areas and even individual units do not feel as sleek, stylish or polished as some of the more modern alternatives in the area.
