Pros:
The Condo is extremely well located, in close proximity to BTS Thong Lo and conveniently situated on Sukhumvit Road. In terms of lifestyle, the building is classy modern and stylish thus offering a comfortable living experience. Its amenities such as its Pool and Gym are enviable and really well-presented.
Cons:
The condo was completed in 2009 and while its common areas have been carefully maintained, certain individual units/condos can feel a little functional (I.e. Simple furnishings and décor). This is very much dependent on the individual landlords and their style preferences.
