Cons:

A big drawback of Aspire Sukhumvit 48 is its general distance from BTS Phra Khanong (880 Meters) which may be an inconvenience for some potential buyers/tenants. Finally the individual units are designed based on modern specifications and thus may appear a bit standard if the Landlord has not made an effort to stylishly furnish and decorate his/her condo.
