Pros:
Blocs 77, offers a serene and peaceful environment which is a good escape from everyday urban Bangkok. Since it is located right next to the On Nut canal, some of its Units benefit from stunning views over the waterway.
Generally Units in Blocs 77 are well presented, fresh, bright and airy. The decoration of individual units tends to be minimalist and sleek, thus making the Condo extremely popular with young working professionals. The Condominium is well managed and the building management is efficient and organized. Finally the facilities are really well-presented and are almost resort-like!
Cons:
Some individuals do complain about the relative distance of Blocs77 from On Nut BTS Station, which is seen as an inconvenience. Also, some 1 Bed Unit Types offer “sliding door partitions”, this is sometimes not ideal especially when having guests visit.
