The building is well-maintained and benefits from good building management; therefore living in the building is a pleasant and stress free experience. Finally Units are well-proportioned with 1 Bed Unit Types starting at 50 Sqm. which is substantially bigger than some of the more condo modern options Phrom Phong offers.

Cons:

Being developed in 2009, some individual Units can appear a little dated and old-fashioned. This is highly dependent on individual landlords, that have over time decorated and refurbished units based on their personal preferences. For some potential tenants/buyers the Condominium can be seen as located “far” from the BTS.
