Finally the condominium, is located right next to Midtown Asoke (Shopping Centre) therefore local residents have access to a range of eateries and shops at their disposal.

Cons:

Grand Park View was completed in 2005, and therefore the building does lack a bit of freshness and style. Some non-modernized/non-refurbished units can feel tired and a little old-fashioned; however this is very much up to individual properties and their landlords.
