Pros:

A big advantage for Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit’s residents is the condo’s great location and close proximity to the BTS. This condo offers convenience of travel and living; especially with the fact Tesco Lotus (Grocery Store) is located across the road and a Maxvalu (Convenience Store) is located in the Condo. On top of this Building Management in the Condo tends to be efficient and maintenance issues tend to be sorted relatively quickly as building technicians/handymen are on-hand.

In terms of the building, the environment is modern and stylish which appeals to a young hip crowd of residents. The building offers well-maintained luxury facilities, with a large pool, well-equipped gym and games room. The interior of units tend to be standard, fresh and functional.

Cons:

Ananda Development tends to develop compact Units with smaller floor spaces. Therefore Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit Studios, 1 Beds and 2 Beds tend to feel small in size. While size may not be a big concern for Studio and 1 Bed types (As they tend to accommodate mostly single residents), it is important to note that 2 Beds (Starting at 42 Sqm.) does tend to offer restrictive space.
