Pros:
Royal Castle is brilliantly located within walking distance of the BTS and situated in a popular area of Bangkok. Usually the Units marketed are spacious and ideal for buyers/renters who need large living rooms and bedrooms. On top of this, when considering general size of the Units, the sales/rental price is usually attractive and good-value.
Cons:
As mentioned earlier the condominium was completed in 1993 therefore the building can feel a little old-fashioned. Some individual condos (Depending on the Landlord) may feel tired and old in style.
