However Sukhumvit Suite offers a modest, affordable and good-value residential option. The Condo is also extremely centrally located with BTS Asoke and BTS Nana technically within walking distance (10-15 minutes’ walk). Finally the Condos of Sukhumvit Suite all offer an enviably spacious floor space with enormous potential for personalization and customization.

Cons:

Sukhumvit Suite is an old building (Completed in 1994) and the signs of age are starting to show especially in the common areas which lack a modern feel. This is also the case for the interior of some individual properties that have not been refurbished / renovated; this dated feeling is not appealing to some potential buyers/tenants.
