As mentioned above, the building benefits from a health spa, fitness center and Muay Thai Gym making it an ideal option for residents who take fitness and wellbeing seriously. As for the individual units, they are usually spacious (In comparison to some options in the area). Also depending on the floor/orientation some properties offer stunning views over the Phrom Phong skyline!
Cons:
Being completed in 1998, the building can feel a little dated and old-fashioned to some individuals. Therefore this living option may not appeal to people looking for more trendy or stylish accommodation.
