Villa Asoke is extremely conveniently located, as it is only a 3-5 Minute walk from MRT Phetchaburi and positioned directly on Phetchaburi Road a major Bangkok artery; this tends to be incredibly attractive for working professionals that have offices based in Sukhumvit. The building is modern, classy and well-maintained giving it a fresh and attractive vibe.
Most units tend to be well-furnished and airy, allowing potential residents to benefit from classy modern interiors. Another major advantage is properties in Villa Asoke, are decently sized with 1 Bed ranging from 40-52 Sqm and 2 Beds starting at 81.5 Sqm. On a final note, the building allows residents to enjoy numerous facilities such as a wonderfully presented pool, well-equipped gym, mini-golf, sky-lounge, etc.
Cons:
Asoke is a prime-area of the Capital, as a result “space comes at a premium” and therefore Villa Asoke is a relatively pricey rental/sales option. Since the Condominium was developed recently (2013), unit interiors and layout tends to be very standard, simple and plain; this does not suit clients that are looking for something unique or out of the ordinary.
