Pros:
Wyne Sukhumvit offers a stylish and trendy living option, as individual units tend to be well-designed, functional and sophisticated. The building has a fresh atmosphere and the facilities (Pool, Gym, Library/Lounge and Rooftop/Ground Floor Garden Area) offered are relaxing and peaceful; making it an ideal way to blow off steam during weekends and holidays. Finally the Building Management being run by “Plus Property”, is efficient and can attend to maintenance issue rapidly, thus making the living experience stress free and convenient.
Cons:
The main disadvantage that is often brought-up by potential tenants/buyers is how “compact” some of the Units look and feel. Wyne Sukhumvit was recently developed in 2013 and its Units are designed based on modern specifications. The “small-feel” of some of its 1 Beds and even 2 Beds do tend to put-off some individuals.
