Outer Sukhumvit’s Bangna will be welcoming another massive mixed-use Mega Project dubbed “The Forestias” by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC). Unveiled last year, this ambitious project will spread over a 300-Rai (119 Acres) Plot of land and located on Bangna-Trad Road.
The Forestias will be located on Bangna-Trad Road (7 km)
The Forestias is developed under the concept of “Imagine Happiness” and according to MQDC the project will aim to integrate a pleasant, sustainable and natural lifestyle ecosystem.
The mixed-use project will comprise of several elements notably residential components, retail space, office buildings, a health center, an innovation center, a forest pavilion, community space, a learning center, and an expansive natural ecosystem.
Construction is due to begin in 2018 and completion is due in 2022.
