Bangkok’s C-19 lockdown restrictions were lifted this month; however, the Capital is still reeling from the prolonged economic slowdown and uncertainty caused by the pandemic.
Despite the challenging market conditions, AP Thailand will go ahead and launch its latest condo project “Life Rama 4-Asoke”!
This bold statement during this difficult time, shows the enduring strength of AP’s brand and the appeal of its residences amongst both Thai and foreign homebuyers and investors.
The luxury development’s specifications have yet to be officially announced. However, sources close to the developer mention the new development will be a high-rise consisting of 39-storeys and approximately 1,237 condo units.
Since the project will be developed under AP’s popular “Life” brand, the development will likely offer residents a range of luxury amenities; this usually includes garden spaces, an expansive swimming pool, a fitness center and coworking library.
While the specification of the new residence has not been officially unveiled, the location is confirmed to be on a plot of land on the vibrant Rama 4 Road only 450 meters from MRT Queen Sirikit.
Rama 4 Road has been in the spotlight recently and it is currently experiencing a rush of development activity from both residential and commercial developers. Major developments in the area include mega-projects such as One Bangkok and Dusit Central Park; both mixed-use complexes will offer residential, office, leisure and retail elements once completed.
Bangkok’s property professionals predict that Rama 4 Road is likely to gentrify in the coming years and develop into a unique lifestyle and business hub!
