Light Rail Bangna-Suvarnabhumi Line
Currently under study and part of the MRT Master Plan, this light rail project could connect BTS Bangna to Suvarnabhumi. The 18.5 Km Line will run along Bang Na-Trat Road with a total of 14 stations.
Relocation of Eastern Bus Terminal
Plans are currently underway to relocate the Eastern Bus Terminal, currently located in Sukhumvit’s Ekkamai to the Bangna area. The Terminal is currently the main bus and minivan station linking Bangkok to Thailand’s Eastern Provinces such as Trat, Rayong, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi, Chonburi, and Pattaya.

According to The Nation Newspaper, property developers will be investing a total of 227 Billion Baht into new commercial and residential projects over 2017 to 2026. These projects will aim to service the existing residential community as well as develop the lifestyle offerings of the neighborhood.

The Forestias is a project by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) this 90 Billion Baht mixed-used development will be span over 300 rai and comprise of 600,000 square meters of development area. The project will include a luxury hotel, commercial and residential space.
Megacity Bangna
SF Development Co., Ltd. the developers of Mega Bangna Mall are planning an extensive expansion to their original complex. The developer is investing 67 Billion Baht into the extension that will include an office and residential buildings, a hotel and hospital.
Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok
Is a project by Siam Piwat Co., Ltd. the developers of the iconic Siam Paragon and Simon Premium Outlet an international real estate developer. The retail and leisure venue, will aim to offer a premium shopping experience, showcasing a huge selection of international brands.
Central Village
Central Village by the Central Pattana PLC is also a retail and leisure complex aiming to offer a “Bangkok Luxury Outlet” shopping and leisure experience. The complex offers a total of 130 internationally renowned brands in different shopping categories such as fashion, housewares and home furnishings, cosmetics, and children’s toys.
Bangna Lifestyle and Residential Options
