At present existing providers of Property Management Services in the Capital, offer services at varying levels of quality with a confusing array of fee structures. The Agency will aim to provide a personalized service with a transparent and comprehensive fee structure.
The tenancy management service will manage the investment portfolios of single-property or multi-site landlords, ensuring both a smooth turnover of tenants and stable rental income. This service, will allow Landlords to delegate all day-to-day management of their property and enjoy the full benefits of a worry-free investment in Bangkok.
