Developers have been strategic with their projects, selectively launching products in the affordable/ mid-level market segment. These projects offer carefully crafted lifestyle-centric concepts, aimed at maximizing the end user’s comfort and convenience.
Main projects that the top developers launched recently
Pruksa Real Estate
Pruksa’s newest launches, were geared towards the mid-level market with a particular focus on homebuyers looking for a private and comfortable living experience.
This shift in strategy was reflected their focus on low-rise and low-density developments.
Chapter Thonglor 25
Located in Bangkok’s desirable Thonglor neighborhood, the project is a low-rise condo consisting of 2 towers and a total of 288 units.
Designed around a minimal luxury concept, the new launch offers an urban living experience ideal for working professionals.
Facilities include a range of community driven spaces including co-working space, co-living garden and a “Fine & Dine” co-eating space. These facilities are complemented by amenities such as a pool, gym and steam rooms.
The Privacy 101
Located in up-and-coming Punnawithi business hub, the project consists of 2 towers and a total of 394 units.
The condo offers a modern contemporary design, conveniently connecting its urban residents to the BTS Green Line and Bangkok’s tech hub “True Digital Park”.
The Privacy 101, indulges its residents with a range of amenities such as a rooftop jogging track, an expansive pool and a fitness center.
Sansiri is one of Bangkok’s most recognized developers, with fewer Bangkok condo projects launched in the last 3 years.
La Casita however, is one of their latest projects, it is an expansive residential complex of 705 condo units in the coastal town of Hua Hin.
Sansiri sales and marketing strategy for Bangkok has been focused on clearing existing stock, however the established developer did launch a few amazing projects.
The Base Thonglor Phetchaburi
Following the success of “The Base” branded condos, such as The Base Sukhumvit 77 or more recently the Base Garden Rama 9, Sansiri launched “The Base Thonglor-Phetchaburi”. The high-rise project consists of 496 units and a total of 36-floors.
This affordable/ mid-level market project targets active and young working professionals. The condo’s design and interior concept, focuses on offering modern, sleek and a stylish living environment.
Residents have access to a large collection of luxury amenities, including a clubhouse, co-working space, sky lounge, sky theater and a backyard garden area.
Supalai is another established and experienced company, it was one of the few developers with a super-luxury (Unit prices over 250,000 THB per m2) project launches.
Supalai Icon Sathorn
This upcoming project developed on the former site of the Australian Embassy on Sathorn Road will be Supalai’s flagship development. The ambitious mixed-use complex will offer office, retail and residential elements.
The residential luxury project will consist of 56-storeys and a total of 787 units. Residents of the project will be indulged with a large selection of amenities such as a pool, fitness centre, sauna and steam room, roof garden, sky lounge, co-working space and more.
AP (Thai) has remained active, launching projects targeting a range of different market segments under its established condo lines “The Address” (High-end segment) and “Life” (Lower-middle income group).
Most of its projects target working professionals. Their projects have a balance of convenience with a modern-comfortable lifestyle.
Life Sathorn Sierra
Life Sathorn Sierra is located in Talat Phlu. This expansive residential complex consists of 40-storeys and a total of 1971 condo units.
The project is nature-themed with a big emphasis on green space and the outdoors. The development targets young professionals.
Amenities offered to future residents include a co-working space, a rooftop lounge, a “forest park”, jogging track and expansive “Verzasca Valley” inspired pool.
The Address Siam Ratchathewi
The flagship project of AP (Thai) is this elegant and grand residential development that is conveniently located right next to BTS Ratchathewi (Only 1-stop from BTS Siam).
The development consists of 50-storeys and a total of 880 condo units. It indulges residents with a classy, elegant and exclusive architecture and design concept.
The project is equipped with a range of luxury amenities such as a 50m salt water pool, hydrotherapy whirlpool, sky bar, sky library and sky garden.
Ananda’s development activity has been subdued, compared to previous years.
However, the “urban living solutions” developer known for its modern city condos, still managed to launch some projects under its iconic “Ideo” brand.
Located in up-and-coming business and education hub Chula-Samyan, the project is made-up of 35 floors and 773 units.
Offering a classy-modern city living design concept, the project targets students and young professionals. Facilities include co-meeting area, co-working space, gym and an expansive pool area.
Ideo Sukhumvit-Rama 4
Located close to Bangkok University on bustling Rama 4, Ideo Sukhumvit-Rama 4 is made-up of 32 floors and a total of 642 units.
The project is based around an urban-forest design, with a big emphasis on the concept of nature and freedom. Amenities in the project will include, an “urban forest courtyard and waterfall, 24hr fitness room, 25m lap pool and sky lounge.
